By using ProductShots, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service transforms product images into professional, ad-ready visuals. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before image processing begins. We accept payments through authorized payment gateways only.
Weekly Pack credits are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after the validity period and are non-refundable. Creator/Business Pack credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
Upon completion of payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the processed images. You retain ownership of your original images. We do not claim rights to your content.
We strive to deliver high-quality processed images within the stated timeframe. Processing time may vary based on image complexity and current load. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but commit to professional standards.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures or service unavailability. Once an image has been successfully processed and delivered, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
You may not upload images that are illegal, offensive, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse processing and cancel orders for prohibited content without refund.
ProductShots is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
